  "text": "Forthwith after receipt, the Executive shall send to the Secretary of State a copy in each case of—\n(a) any notification received under regulation 8 or 9;\n(b) any requirement for further information under regulation 10(1) and the response thereto; and\n(c) any notification relating to an accident under regulation 14,\nand if requested to do so by the Secretary of State shall require additional information under regulation 10(1).",
