# The Genetically Modified Organisms (Contained Use) Regulations 2014, Regulation 27: Duties of competent authority on receipt of information about accidents


Where the competent authority is informed of an accident in accordance with regulation 22, it must—
(a) ensure that any necessary measures are taken; and
