In regulation 2 (interpretation), in the definition of “the Deliberate Release Directive”—
(a) after “the Food and Feed Regulation” insert “,”,
(b) omit “and”,
(c) after “1830/2003” insert “and by Commission Directive (EU) 2018/350 amending Directive 2001/18/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the environmental risk assessment of genetically modified organisms”.
