  "text": "Thsi Statutory Instrument has been made in consequence of a defect in S. I. 1992/3280 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.\nENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION\nMade 29th January 1993\nLaid before Parliament 1st February 1993\nComing into force 1st February 1993\nThe Secretary of State and the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, acting jointly, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 122(4) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:—",
