# The Genetically Modified Organisms (Deliberate Release) (Wales) Regulations 2002, Regulation 41: Application of Part VI of the Act to Wales


In consequence of the provision made by regulations 4, 5, 20(1), 30, 31, 34(2) and 40, section 163A of the Act ceases to have effect.
