# The Genetically Modified Organisms (England) (Amendments) Regulations 2008, Regulation 3

In regulation 8(1) of the Genetically Modified Organisms (Transboundary Movements) (England) Regulations 2004 , for sub-paragraph (d) substitute—
“(d) without reasonable excuse to fail to comply with the requirements of a notice issued under regulation 7;”.
