  "text": "In this Schedule—\n(a) “the 1992 Regulations” means the Genetically Modified Organisms (Contained Use) Regulations 1992;\n(b) “the relevant date” means the date on which these Regulations come into force; and\n(c) a reference to a numbered sub-paragraph is a reference to the sub-paragraph so numbered in the paragraph in which that reference occurs.",
