# The Genetically Modified Organisms(Contained Use) Regulations 2000, Paragraph 6: Duties on receiving notifications and additional information


Regulation 14(1) to (5) shall apply to a notification submitted pursuant to the 1992 Regulations which, by virtue of paragraph 4 of this Schedule, is treated as satisfying the requirements of these Regulations as it applies to a notification submitted pursuant to these Regulations.
