# The Geneva Conventions Act (Jersey) Order 1966, Paragraph 4


In section 4 (1) for the words “the Court of Criminal Appeal, the High Court of Justiciary, or the Court of Criminal Appeal in Northern Ireland, as the case may be” there shall be substituted the words “the Court of Appeal constituted under the Court of Appeal (Jersey) Law 1961” and for the words from “in subsection (1) of section six” to the end of the subsection there shall be substituted the words “Article 29 (1) of the Court of Appeal (Jersey) Law 1961 (which relates to the revesting and restitution of property on conviction)”.
