# The Geneva Conventions Act (Jersey) Order 1966, Paragraph 5


(1) In section 5 (1) the words “or, in Northern Ireland, the Minister of Home Affairs for Northern Ireland” shall be omitted.
(2) In section 5 (2) the words “or, in Northern Ireland, the Minister aforesaid” shall be omitted.
