# The Geneva Conventions Act (Jersey) Order 1999, Paragraph 1


References to the Geneva Conventions Act 1957 or the Geneva Conventions (Amendment) Act 1995 or to any provisions of either of those Acts shall be construed as references to that Act or provision as it has effect in Jersey.
