Coming into force 1st May 2002
At the Court at Windsor Castle, the 17th day of April 2002
Present,
The Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council
Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by section 8(2) of the Geneva Conventions Act 1957, as applied to the Geneva Conventions (Amendment) Act 1995 by section 7(4) of that Act, or otherwise in Her Majesty vested, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:
