Coming into force 9th June 2000
The Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 14A of the Highways Act 1980 as extended by the GLA Roads (Supplementary Provisions) Order 2000, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:
