A3 Kingston by-pass from the boundary of London to its junction with St. George’s Road (A302) and New Kent Road (A201) including—
(a) Ace Parade;
(b) Elephant and Castle from its junction with Newington Butts to its junction with Elephant and Castle Roundabout;
(c) Hook Roundabout;
(d) Malden Junction;
(e) Shannon Corner Roundabout; and
(f) Newington Butts.
