  "text": "(1) A person convicted of a trading offence or an advertising offence is liable—\n(a) on summary conviction, to a fine not exceeding £20,000,\n(b) on conviction on indictment, to a fine.\n(2) A person convicted of a ticket touting offence or an obstruction offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.",
