# The Glasgow Commonwealth Games (Games Locations) Order 2013, Introduction: Introductory text

Laid before the Scottish Parliament 9th September 2013
Coming into force 8th October 2013
The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(2)(b)(ii) of the Glasgow Commonwealth Games Act 2008 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
