  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order establishes the Glasgow Metropolitan College. That college is under the control of a board of management in terms of the Further and Higher Education (Scotland) Act 1992. The Order therefore designates the name of the College as Glasgow Metropolitan College, and establishes the body corporate to be known as “the Board of Management of Glasgow Metropolitan College”.",
