  "text": "In these Regulations—\n“Arrangement” means the arrangement between the Home Office and the United States Department of Homeland Security and United States Customs and Border Protection, by which the former agrees to conduct the Screening Process;\n“Global Entry Scheme” means the scheme, operated by the United States Department of Homeland Security and United States Customs and Border Protection, by which members of the scheme obtain certain benefits, including expedited entry into the territory of the United States of America; and\n“Screening Process” means the preliminary assessment of an applicant, undertaken by the Home Office at the applicant’s request, in order to establish certain matters connected to the applicant’s suitability (or otherwise) for membership (and continued membership) of the Global Entry Scheme.",
