# The Gloucester Harbour Revision (Constitution) Order 2002, Paragraph 4


If the Trustees are satisfied that the vice-chairman should cease to hold office as such, they may terminate his office as such and appoint another trustee to be the vice-chairman during the remainder of the term for which the former vice-chairman was appointed.
