# The Gloucester Harbour Revision Order 1988, Introduction: Introductory text


HARBOURS, DOCKS, PIERS AND FERRIES
Made 29th March 1988
Coming into force 30th March 1988
The Secretary of State for Transport in exercise of the powers conferred by section 14 of the Harbours Act 1964 and now vested in him and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, and on the application of the Gloucester Harbour Trustees in accordance with that section, hereby makes the following Order:—
