# The Gloucester Harbour Revision Order 1994, Article 28: For protection of National Rivers Authority


Nothing in this Order or in any enactment incorporated with or applied by this Order shall prejudice or affect the application of section 109 of the Water Resources Act 1991, section 23 of the Land Drainage Act 1991 or any byelaws made under those Acts in relation to anything done under or pursuant to this Order.
