Article 6 General powers of Trustees

Without prejudice to any other power conferred upon the Trustees but subject to the provisions of this Order, the Trustees may take all such steps from time to time as they consider necessary or desirable for the maintenance, operation and improvement of the harbour and for those purposes and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing the Trustees may—

(a)

improve, regulate and manage the harbour and provide harbour facilities therein; and

(b)

do all other things which in their opinion are expedient to facilitate the operation, improvement or development of the harbour.
