  "long_title": "This Order amends article 4(1) of the Gloucester Harbour Revision Order 1988 which deals with the appointment of Trustees. Under article 4(2) the terms of the initial set of appointments runs until 31st July 1990 and subsequent appointments for 3 year periods. The amendment to article 4(1) provides that those making the further appointments should do so by 1st July 1990, and by 1st June in every third year thereafter.",
