  "text": "HARBOURS, DOCKS, PIERS AND FERRIES\nMade 10th May 1990\nComing into force 11th May 1990\nWhereas the making of this Order is not opposed:\nNow therefore the Secretary of State for Transport in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 14 and 15 of the Harbours Act 1964 and now vested in him and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf hereby makes the following Order:—",
