# The Gloucestershire (District Boundaries) Order 1991, Article 8: Transfers between parishes


(1) The parts of the parish of Prestbury marked A11, A14 and A16 on boundary map 5 shall be transferred to the parish of Southam.
(2) The part of the parish of Swindon marked A6 on boundary map 5 shall be transferred to the parish of Bishop’s Cleeve.
(3) The parts of the parish of Swindon marked A7 and A17 on boundary map 5 shall be transferred to the parish of Uckington.
(4) The part of the parish of Up Hatherley marked A23 on boundary map 6 shall be transferred to the parish of Shurdington.
(5) The part of the parish of Leckhampton marked A22 on boundary map 6 shall be transferred to the parish of Shurdington.
(6) The part of the parish of Quedgeley marked A1 on boundary map 2 shall be transferred to the parish of Elmore.
(7) The part of the parish of Quedgeley marked A3 on boundary map 2 shall be transferred to the parish of Hardwicke.
(8) The part of the parish of Upton St Leonards marked A5 on boundary map 3 shall be transferred to the parish of Brookthorpe-with-Whaddon.
(9) The parts of the parish of Cowley marked A29 and A30 on boundary map 7 and A37, A38 and A40 on boundary map 8 shall be transferred to the parish of Badgeworth.
(10) The parts of the parish of Coberley marked A24 and A27 on boundary map 6 shall be transferred to the parish of Shurdington.
(11) The parts of the parish of Coberley marked A33, A35 and A36 on boundary map 8 shall be transferred to the parish of Badgeworth.
