  "text": "And be it further enacted by the Authority aforesaid That all Fines and Forfeitures to be imposed by this Act shall be paid to the Surveyor or Surveyors for the time being for and towards the repaireing of the said ruinous Places in the said High-wayes according to the true Meaning of this Act.",
