  "text": "Provided also That all and every Person & Persons who by the Law are chargeable towards the repairing the said Highways shall still remaine chargeable and shall doe their respective Works in the Highways as before they were by Law to doe Any thing aforesaid to the contrary thereof notwithstanding.",
