# The Glue Traps (Licensing) Regulations 2024, Regulation 2: Delegation of functions


(1) The Secretary of State delegates the functions in section 2(1), (2), (3) and (4) of the Act (glue trap licences) to Natural England.
(2) The Secretary of State authorises Natural England to charge fees in relation to an application for the grant or modification of a glue trap licence in accordance with section 2(5)(a) of the Act.
