  "text": "In this Act—\n“authorised inspector” has the meaning given by section 5(1);\n“glue trap” has the meaning given by section 1(11);\n“glue trap licence” has the meaning given by section 2(1);\n“pest controller” has the meaning given by section 2(12);\n“premises” includes any place and, in particular, includes—\n(a) any vehicle, vessel, aircraft or hovercraft;\n(b) any tent or movable structure.",
