# Glue Traps (Offences) Act 2022, Section 9: General interpretation

Extent: E+W

In this Act—
“authorised inspector” has the meaning given by section 5(1);
“glue trap” has the meaning given by section 1(11);
“glue trap licence” has the meaning given by section 2(1);
“pest controller” has the meaning given by section 2(12);
“premises” includes any place and, in particular, includes—
(a) any vehicle, vessel, aircraft or hovercraft;
(b) any tent or movable structure.
