Coming into force 1st January 2005
The Secretary of State for Transport, being a Minister designated for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 in relation to the regulation and supervision of the qualifications of persons engaged in road transport, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by that section hereby makes the following Regulations:
