# The Goods Vehicle Operators (Qualifications) (Amendment) Regulations 2004, Regulation 2


(1) The Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) Act 1995 shall be amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 6(2) of Schedule 3 the words “authorising the use of vehicles for international transport operations” shall be omitted.
