# The Goods Vehicles (Enforcement Powers) (Amendment) Regulations 2009, Regulation 1: Citation and commencement


These Regulations may be cited as the Goods Vehicles (Enforcement Powers) (Amendment) Regulations 2009 and come into force on 1st October 2009.
