# The Goods Vehicles (Enforcement Powers) Regulations 2001, Regulation 12: Notification of determinations


The traffic commissioner shall notify the applicant in writing of his determination of an application—
(a) where no hearing is held, within 21 days after receiving the application; and
(b) where a hearing is held, following the hearing.
