# The Goods Vehicles (Enforcement Powers) Regulations 2001, Regulation 20: Offences as to obstruction of an authorised person


Where a person intentionally obstructs an authorised person in the exercise of his powers under regulation 3 or 8, he is guilty of an offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 3 on the standard scale.
