# The Goods Vehicles (Plating and Testing) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1989, Regulation 1: Citation and commencement


These Regulations may be cited as the Goods Vehicles (Plating and Testing) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1989 and shall come into force on 31st October 1989.
