# The Goods Vehicles (Plating and Testing) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1989, Regulation 10: Amendments to regulation 39 (general provisions as to fees)


In regulation 39(3)(ii), for the words “the said fee” onwards there shall be substituted the words “the fee shall be reduced to £1.50 (the balance of any sum already paid in respect of the fee being refundable)”.
