# The Goods Vehicles (Plating and Testing) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1989, Regulation 8: Amendments to regulation 34 (fee for re-examination following a notifiable alteration or with a view to an amendment of a plating certificate)


Regulation 34 shall be re-numbered as paragraph (1) of that regulation, and after that provision as so re-numbered there shall be inserted the following paragraphs–
“(2) Where the date appointed for a re-examination under regulation 33 is, at the request of the person required to submit the vehicle for re-examination, a Saturday, the fee in respect of the re-examination shall be increased by £7.50.
(3) Any sum payable by virtue of paragraph (2) shall be paid to the Secretary of State on or before the date appointed for the re-examination”.
