  "text": "(1) Regulation 12 shall be amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraph (3) for the words “a fee” to the end of the paragraph, there shall be substituted the words “the fee determined in accordance with the Table below by reference to the description of vehicle.”.\n(3) After paragraph (3) as so amended there shall be inserted the following Table–\n“\nTABLE\nDescription of Vehicle\nFee\n£\nMotor vehicle with 2 axles\n32.70\nMotor vehicle with 3 axles\n33.70\nMotor vehicle with 4 or more axles\n34.70\nTrailer with 1 axle\n16.70\nTrailer with 2 axles\n17.10\nTrailer with 3 or more axles\n17.90\n”",
