Regulation 11 New regulation 25A (interpretation of Part IV)

In Part IV, before regulation 26, there shall be inserted the following—

“Interpretation of this Part

25A

In this Part, a reference to a periodical test includes a goods vehicle test carried out pursuant to regulation 22.”
