Regulation 4 Regulation 8 (conditions of acceptance of vehicle)

For regulation 8(1) there shall be substituted the following paragraph—

“(1)

In this regulation, “examiner” means—

(a)

in relation to an examination not being an examination for the purposes of an appeal against a determination under these Regulations, a vehicle examiner; or

(b)

in relation to an examination for the purposes of an appeal against a determination under these Regulations, the appeal officer.”
