# The Goods Vehicles (Plating and Testing) (Amendment) (No.1) Regulations 1991, Regulation 9: Amenmdments to Schedule 3 (the prescribed contruction and use regulations)


In paragraph 1 of Schedule 3—
(a) in Item 11 “and 36” shall be omitted; and
(b) Items 17 and 20 shall be omitted.
