# The Goods Vehicles (Plating and Testing) (Amendment) Regulations 1990, Regulation 12


In regulation 46–
(a) in paragraph (1) for “section 46(1) or (2) of the 1972 Act” there shall be substituted “section 53(1) or (2) of the 1988 Act”; and
(b) in paragraph (2)(d) for “section 46(1) or (2) of the 1972 Act” there shall be substituted “section 53(1) or (2) of the 1988 Act”.
