# The Goods Vehicles (Plating and Testing) (Amendment) Regulations 1990, Regulation 15


In Schedule 3 in paragraph 3 for “(as defined in section 82 of the 1972 Act)” there shall be substituted “(as defined in section 85 of the 1988 Act)”.
