# The Goods Vehicles (Plating and Testing) (Amendment) Regulations 1990, Regulation 3


In regulation 3(1)–
(a) for
““the 1972 Act” means the Road Traffic Act 1972” there shall be substituted
““the 1988 Act” means the Road Traffic Act 1988”; and
(b) in the definition of “vehicle testing station” for “section 45(9) of the 1972 Act” there shall be substituted “section 52(2) of the 1988 Act”.
