  "text": "In regulation 44–\n(a) in regulation (1)–\n(i) for “section 46(1) and (2) of the 1972 Act” there shall be substituted “section 53(1) and (2) of the 1988 Act”;\n(ii) in sub-paragraph (e) for “section 42 of the 1972 Act” there shall be substituted “section 44 of the 1988 Act” and\n(iii) in sub-paragraph (f) for “a police constable” there shall be substituted “a constable”; and\n(b) in paragraph (2) for “section 46(1) and (2) of the 1972 Act” there shall be substituted “section 53(1) and (2) of the 1988 Act”.",
