# The Goods Vehicles (Plating and Testing) (Amendment) Regulations 1993, Regulation 11: Amendments to regulation 41 (replacements of plates and certificates)


In regulation 41(1), for the words “Goods Vehicle Centre” there shall be substituted the words “Secretary of State”.
