# The Goods Vehicles (Plating and Testing) (Amendment) Regulations 1997, Regulation 7: Amendments relating to fees


(1) Regulation 39 shall be amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (3)(a), for the words “vehicle testing station at which the examination has been arranged” there shall be substituted the words “address from which the notice of appointment was issued”.
(3) In paragraph (3)(b)(i), for the words “vehicle testing station at which the examination has been arranged” there shall be substituted the words “said address,”.
