# The Goods Vehicles (Plating and Testing) (Amendment) Regulations 1997, Regulation 8: Amendment to regulation 14 (notice of place and time of first examinations or periodical tests)


(1) Regulation 14 shall be amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (1), for the words “regulation 12(1)(a)” there shall be substituted the words “regulation 12(1)”.
(3) Paragraph (2) shall be omitted.
