# The Goods Vehicles (Plating and Testing) (Amendment) Regulations 1997, Regulation 9: Amendment to regulation 46 (certificates of temporary exemption)


(1) Regulation 46 shall be amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (1), for the words “The person in charge of the Goods Vehicle Centre or a vehicle testing station” there shall be substituted the words “The Secretary of State”.
